Contact form submissions. When you submit a message through our contact form (powered by Tally), we receive the information you provide (name, email, message). Tally processes this data on our behalf.
Chat messages. When you use the AI Course Champ feature, your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses. We do not store, log, or retain any of your chat inputs or AI-generated outputs. Messages are passed directly to the Anthropic API in real time and exist only for the duration of your browser session. Once you close or refresh the page, they are gone. We have no server-side database storing conversations.
